Shaik Basha brings over 15 years of experience in Strategic Planning, Facilities Management, and Business Administration.

With a strong background in portfolio management, Shaik has successfully overseen the management of premium high and medium-rise residential, retail, commercial buildings, and luxurious villas.

During his nine-year tenure at Operon, Shaik held management positions with a primary focus on managing wasl properties assets and Golf clubs in Dubai.

His ability to build effective client relationships based on flexibility and reliability has led to the achievement of client objectives, and increased customer satisfaction.

Prior to joining Operon, Shaik worked with national and international FM companies such as JLL, where he played a key role in managing complex portfolios for renowned MNCs, Data Centers, and Pharma manufacturing plants.

Shaik is dedicated to maintaining high standards in service delivery and providing operational, technical, and strategic support to help our clients' businesses thrive.

He holds an engineering degree and an MBA and has been a certified member of the British Institute of Facilities Management since 2016.
