Tenzin Doma is a qualified professional who has been a part of the Operon team since 2014 and has a diversified and progressive experience in Administration and HR Functions. She is a certified CHRP, CHRM and International Recruitment Specialist from American Certification Institute, Dubai. In addition, Tenzin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Delhi University, India.

Tenzin’s diversified background emanates from previous positions held, such as Newspaper Reporter, Recruitment Consultant/Database Administrator, and HR Manager in the renowned Millennium Hotels & Resorts. During her nine years with Operon, Tenzin displayed exceptional administrative work and vast knowledge of government & private entities concerning visa processes and other legal matters.
